The Empty Vase

I placed an order for a $152 arrangement to be delivered yesterday. The order was placed in the morning and I received a confirmation for the order. The delivery charge was $19.50. The order was never delivered yesterday. I called the florist this morning and the man was immediately rude and asked if I called to order or placed the order online. I said I placed it online. He said check your email because we sent you an email right after you ordered to tell you we do not deliver to the area. I told him I did not receive that email he said well we sent it. I will say they also had my phone number and the recipient’s phone number and didn’t bother to call. I guess they don’t need business. I do not recommend them to anyone because you won’t get notified if there’s a problem. I was not charged but I also was not notified about the issue and so my daughter did not get her flowers for her wedding day congratulations.

My flowers are absolutely gorgeous and they went above and beyond to get them to me! It’s every one of my favorite flowers and they smell glorious!

I ordered the sapphire sympathy flower arrangement and the reason because it was the person’s favorite color. Minimal blue and no contact was made with me via text or message to inquire. The response was we have the right to substitute-even so common courtesy would be to reach out since it is a SAPPHIRE arrangement. Below is what I wanted vs what my family friend received.

I can’t say enough about how awesome The Empty Vase has been to me! Whenever I reach out, they never hesitate! I send the pictures of what I’m looking for and they nail it every time! I was referred to them by my brother & since then, I haven’t used another floral business. I’m treated as family, their compassion shows in their work, affordable & friendly!

I'm not sure I have enough kind words to fully say how great the florists are at Empty Vase. They go above and beyond and are so nice while doing it. They greatly helped me out and I very much appreciate the way they operate their business. They care about their customers and are great people. AND on top of all that, they make the most beautiful bouquets you can imagine. Very happy all around with each order I have placed and plan on using them again and again.
